The Dead Deportee

Ethan’s married to Liz but wants to run away with Meg. Meg loves Vera. Vera’s a nymphomaniac studying puritan pornography. Mug, Meg’s twin sister, has just escaped from assisted living in Canada. Bertha, a Sylvia Plath scholar, is on suicide watch. Slavko might not be named Slavko, and may in fact be working for Homeland Security. And Omar is in danger of being deported any minute now. Add to that the homecoming of their revolutionary friend the dead deportee, and you have a politically-charged sex farce set in the dark, dank underworld of Ph.D. students at one of the nation’s most illustrious institutions of higher learning.
